    I think !

Keep getting this persistant cough every winter, this is the third year, just started again in the last 2 weeks. I can feel all the mucus in the back of my nose, which then slides down and irritates my throat making me cough.

Its a right pain, wondering is their anything I can do. In the past was trying different cough syrups, for months but sure it would go then come spring.... Is worse in the morning, but get coughing fits throughout the day !!

I was a smoker, well still am a bit, used to smoke 4 - 5 cigs a day. Since June have been smoking the Ecig, smoking a few normal cigs every 2 - 3 weeks !!

Anything I could try from pharamcy?

only solution i've found to date is sleeping semi-sitting up. roll up some duvets and grab some extra pillows. makes a huge difference to how the lungs feel in the morning
