Hey will be getting a new laptop within the next few weeks and will have around seven to eight hundred Euro to play about with. The most stressful thing I'll be doing is some light gaming (would probably be picking up something like Civ V or Starcraft 2 and eventually Diablo 3 but wouldn't mind being able to play some fps games but I'm no graphics whore) as well as maybe some photoshop, webdesign and print layout work (far from essential really) as well as the usual internet, word processing, music/films/tv stuff.

Would appreciate some advice on what to pick up since I'm incredibly out of touch when it comes to current generation laptop technology. Anything would be better than the awful one I've been saddled with for the past few years. Oh and ideally it would be of decent size so I can rule out the Alienware netbook.
