    The 222.

    It goes past what used to be the bank but is now a dry cleaners in Douglas. Opposite Eco.

    Timetable;

    I have seen the 222 but thought it wasn't a very regular service. Where it says 'M' on the timetable the bus goes via Maryborough Hill, if it doesn't say 'M', does that mean it doesn't go via Douglas? It would help if it mentioned Douglas in the first place! Thanks for the information.

    Every one of the 222 buses go through Douglas, no matter the symbol/letter attached. The M one goes up Maryborough Hill from the fingerpost roundabout, the non-M one goes via Carr's Hill. They all stop in Carrigaline. Some go further to Crosshaven and some go further again to Fountainstown.

    Edit: The only difference is when they're coming from Carrigaline to town. The M bus goes through Douglas by the McDonalds, the non-M goes through the centre of Douglas. But it doesn't really make a difference because once they reach Douglas they don't pick up any more passengersas the city service carries them.
