How many days usually does it take for iBOOD to dispatch the goods?

I've read that they have poor customer service and that they can be quite slow. Their site states that delivery should be within 7-10 working days.

Just wondering what your experiences have been for both dispatch times and delivery times.

variable, you will get it but depends on the product, I've bought twice from them and about a week each time
