Just wondering if anyone has experience of the MSc in Environmental Systems? Is it a good course?

Currently doing the course. There is a high enough workload, and is ran better than last year which was the inaugeral year of the course. There are a two mandatory module that must be done, and can be a little lethargic at times. The course is very project driven across all modules, and requires good time management. It is essential to start projects straight away, as most of them have for deadlines at the end of november. Unlike undergraduate courses where there is a regurgitation of class notes at exam time, this course challenges out of the box thinking focusing in many instances on argument and opinion.

    Hope this is a help!!

Cheers Hurler85 - sounds good. I haven't been able to find that many environmental science courses at masters or post grad. level in the country but Trinity have a masters in env. science and the emphasis seems to be quite different. Did you consider applying for it by any chance?
