Deviated Septum.. The surgery

I went to the doctor about my nose which has been hard to breathe through for the last few years and I have a deviated septum.

Now the surgery is going cost me either 2k for a daily OP or 3k for an overnight stay.

I'm just curious what's the difference if anyone knows!? (Yeah I should have asked him but I wasn't in the room with him when I got the quote from his secretary)

I'm guessing its just extra for the bed? I don't fancy paying 3k if the procedure is the same for 2 you know.

sorry if its the wrong forum :)
