    For the Samsung you need a SATA connector in your PC, which it has, BUT I think it only has one which the hard drive is using. It's an L shaped connection on the board, so check if you have one. Having a Blu Ray drive is pretty useless unless you either

    a) plan on storing big files on blank blu rays
    b) have a big ass HD monitor/TV to play back HD movies etc.

    Problem is, your PC probably isnt powerful enough to run Blu Ray resolutions anyway. Get it exchanged for a cheap 20 euro DVD drive in my opinon. Hope that clears some things up
