rechambering ?

    Should be no hassle. Bolt face will need to be opened slightly as well, but it shouldn't present any problems, on the whole. The slightly longer case will allow you to use the original barrel without cutting it back too, with a bit of luck, as the original throat will be used up by the chamber itself. Not a major operation anyway.

    You might also want to consider whether the twist in the PPC barrel is suitable for the 6BR ammunition you want to use. E.g. it might be a bit slow for factory 107gr ammo.

    Very good point. As the two cartridges are designed to fire radically different bullets, you might need to re-barrel anyway.
