So I opened a pp dispute, within 30 mins the seller send a message (through teh resolution center)
    Dear buyer:

    Thanks for your email!

Could you kindly cancel this dispute now?

And then we will ship another 5PCS replacements to you.Is that ok?

Thanks for your email again!Waiting for your reply!

    Regards,

I assume i shouldnt close the dispute? Or is this standard practise?

Say you'll close the dispute once you receive your goods, end of.

AFAIK when you close a dispute it cannot be reopened so do not close it until you receive a refund or replacement.

Dont ever close a dispute until you are either in posession of the item or a refund. It cannot be reopened at a later date.

It is a standard poly to get you to forfeit your rights to a refund.
