I had braces a few years ago and the two main problem teeth slowly but surely move back into place. I wear a plastic retainer but no joy,it's an irritation that will be sorted once i get a bit of cash. My problem is over the last few days my teeth are insane, the gums are red raw and inflamed and the teeth feel like they are moving. I've been using toothpaste, mouth wash, swishing salt around just in case and vasaline at night because im a mouth breather but no joy

    any other tops

sounds like you need a good scale/polish and maybe a short course of antibiotics.
