Okay so I'm planning on trying to teach myself guitar and was wondering if anyone knows anything about the Fender CD-60CE. I'm not looking for anything absolutely amazing, just something to start out with and learn on. That said I don't want to buy something so crappy that it'll fall apart in a month and never sound good no matter who's buying it. I've read a few good things about it but that said reviews seem limited and it's sold in Argos which makes me wary.

So anyone have any experience with it? Would you recommend it and if not what's a good alternative? keep in mind I don't have much money and want to learn for fun, I'm not planning on going pro. Thanks in advance for your help

I say go for it, most stuff in that price range will be very similar and you will want to buy something better in a couple of years time anyway so there's no point in splashing out an extra €100 on something slightly better when it's only gonna last you a year or two before you start getting GAS :D

How much is the guitar. Imo, anything in the low end of the scale with a fender name, is just a cheap guitar with fender stamped on the head stock that will have a higher price just because of the name.

    €155-€232 depending on the website.
