    I have a friend living in Bulgaria. She loves Cadbury's chocolate and I would love to post her a bar or two, is there any regulations regarding posting foods? or are you actually allowed???

    My aunt sent me chocolate years ago from America. One of the favourite childhood memories I have as a kid eating that in my kitchen.

    OP I wouldn't post it to be honest, instead why don't you invite her over? Don't let her stay with you, rather get her to check into a hotel, help the economy out, and then she can buy a truckload of chocolate to bring back. Ask her to bring her family and friends over for a break also, the more the better :)
