advanced system optimiser 3 wont remove

    i downloaded and installed advanced system optimiser 3 on my laptop.when i tried to uninstall it again it will not let me.

    i carried it to my local repair shop and even they cannot remove it.the guy says its a virus but he has no idea as to how to remove it.

    has anyone any ideas as to how i could remove it?
