Haven't been keeping up with graphic card development for a few years so I can't help you out. But for anyone willing to depart some knowledge, they're going to need more information from you. How much money are you willing to spend, what's the rating of your power supply (Watts) and have you the spare slots necessary (most high-end and some mid-range cards while only requiring one slot, take up two bays). Wouldn't hurt to know what processor and memory you have as well; no point buying a great card if your CPU is going to be a bottleneck. Best of luck.
