Help please

Hi i posted in the security forum about an indian guy ringing me from pc repair and the posters on boards told me it is a scam and go to the i think i have a virus page i downloaded the first step and downloaded malwarebytes and scanned it here is the results can somebody help me please.

The log reports that malwarebytes has found and sorted out some problems!

MyWebSearch is more of any annoyance than anything else and Malwarebytes has removed it.
