    Hi guys.
    Just wondering if anyone knows of an email addess for customer services of ebay iireland? I've forgotten my user name and password and the link on the site if you have forgotten your user name isn't working for me. Whenever I click on the link for customer services, it tells me to sign in first! :mad:

    I'm fairly sure eBay stopped doing email based customer account support years ago.


    Potentially stupid question:

    It's a universal username and password that works on each eBay domain..

    ..but the forgot password link may not connect to exactly the same page on every domain.

    Did you try eBay.com, eBay.co.uk, or any of the other English language eBay domains?

    try entering your email address on this page:

    https://scgi.ebay.ie/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?UserIdRecognizerShow


    and enter username on this page to get a new password once you receive username by email
