studying for theory test, quick question

    Hi all,

I'm studying for my theory test, and have a dumb question.. My friends who did their test a few years ago have a B (for cars) and W (for work vehicles) on their license. My friend who did the test recently only has a B on her provisional.

I really only need the B license, but what's confusing me is that when I went to book the test online, it only let me select the test for "cars AND work vehicles" .... soo.. what questions do I study?

The official book divides the questions into parts; Part one relates to categories A, B, M and W. Part two relates to BW, and the questions are very tractor-centric.

so.. do I study the part two questions as well, or what..?

ahh ok :) thanks for clearing that up.

I don't think I'll ever be in danger of getting my clothes caught in the power takeoff of a tractor, but ok, whatever :P

The W category doesn't just cover tractors!

It covers a vast array of vehicles which don't fit into any other categories when operated in a public place such as tele-porters, road rollers, dumpers, self propelled sprayers, self propeller crop havesters, combine harvesters, self propeller mowers, forklift trucks, forestry machinery, drainage machines, road planers, front loaders, back hoe loaders, 'rubber' 360 degree excavators etc.

so, a whole lot of fascinating vehicles that I'll never drive
Well, it's only a few extra pages anyway.. and I have a bit over a week to study.
