Get vaccinations when I get to Bangkok?

    Hey folks,

I'm going to Thailand in a week, for just under a month. I haven't gotten any vaccinations at this stage, but I recall reading somewhere that you can get them in Bangkok easily enough.

What do people think about this? Good idea? Presumably it's cheaper. The alternative will be Cairns in a day or two, or Sydney.

I'll mainly be hopping around the islands and chillaxing on the beach. Probably won't be going to Chiang Mai/jungle trekking and the likes, which makes me a little less concerned about the vaxes.

    What do we think?

    Cheers

    Dave

Well if you won't be doing any treks in the north i would worry about them , if your staying just around the islands you will be grand, ive been there about a dozen times and i never got any jabs and never had any problems.
