    Hi

Having a problem with the washer/dryer in the rental house im living in. Its basically not draining fully, this has only started a few days ago. Cant get in touch with my landlord and dont have a manual to hand. Does anyone have any ideas? Ive done searches for a manual online but finding it painful

    Any advice very welcome :)

Start by cleaning the fluff filter at the bottom of the front of the machine generally.

    Thanks for that!

Ive just cleaned it out - seriously clogged up with what looks like my new bathroom mats  - and drained the water. However when I turned it back on to try and do the wash again its coming up with "ERR"... arrrghhhh!

try manualsonline.com for your machines manual, since you have the filter cleaned out you should check out the waste water pump, the smallest thing will stop it from spinning,

    best of luck!

common problem -you have a serious issue in that your machine is now clogged with the fluff from your mats -very little you can do other than split the drum of the machine and clean it out -not really a diy job

fluff will be caught around the heating element also so be careful
