BTEA - Going from FETAC to IT

Hi, I made a thread in the state benefits section but didn't get a definite answer. Basically, my cousin is doing a FETAC Level 6 course at the moment and last year completed a Level 5. She done well last year getting mostly distinctions and will probably will do the same this year.

She wants to go to an IT next year but she wants to know if she's entitled to BTEA allowance when she goes to the new IT college. She got BTEA for her first year in FETAC and this year as well, will she be entitled to it next year when she moves up another level?

She'll have to go back on the dole if she isn't entitled I'm afraid. She's struggling as it is. Does anyone know is she is entitled?

    Thanks.:)
