    16 miles in the park this morning. 7 on my own and then I met up with the gang. I think we were all struggling a bit. Just as well shaz brought the cattle prod! Ro and I got in an extra mile as we're both sticklers for rounding up the miles!! Great last mile too.
    Pace overall was 9'21, time 2'29

    5 miles tonight in 45'07. The legs felt tired for the second half and my hands were bloody freezing.
    Makes a change from earlier in the week when I was considering short sleeves again!!

    I can't seem to slow down to recovery pace at all. Oh well....
