You can do a search like this to find earlier threads but in short, yes they are good. I've used them myself.

I have had the h4 bulbs in my vehicle before and drive with my lights on all the time. I found that these bulbs did not perform as well as the Philips Extreme Visions (I think that is their name, they are +80%) nor did they last as long as the Philips (which I am now running again).

That said, they are noticeably better than most of the bulbs out there.

I use them and notice a difference. It won't blow you away or anything but for the small outlay they are worth it. Ive used the Phillips extreme vision ones also but found them inferior to the osrams although they lasted longer for sure

I find them very good now.

Some say they break easily and quickly but mine have been in the car for about 4 or 5 months and still going.

    I would get them again.
I noticed the biggest difference on the full beams rather then the dipped beams myself. Though on a pitch black road with no street lights or on coming traffic the dipped lights are quite good. You would be using the fulls in that situation anyway.

    Good bulbs!

I see www.powerbulbs.com offer a 12 month warranty which would address the concerns about longevity.

you can pick them up on ebay for around €12, thats what mine cost me. they lasted me 14months no problems until i put in hids

Mixed results for me with them. The first set lasted about 9 months, one went then a week later the second went. Second set which were in around 12 months, sold my car the other day and they were still working. To be fair though it was a Volvo so they were on all time I was driving as they were DRLs too.

With regards the difference between them and standard halogen bulbs, well they definately provided better light and the beam was better scattered. If you do alot of driving outside of urban areas you will definately notice an improvement in visibility. The only real downside is the shorter life span of these type bulbs.

Made a huge difference when I fitted them to my 1992 prelude a year and some months ago. They are still going strong.
Tried Hids but removed them again in favour of the nightbreakers.:)

I use them (and they are good) but Ill be replacing them with HIRs, apparently an interim bulb that fits into old Halogen fittings but gives 75% of the output of a Xenon:
