I'm interested in taking up wood carving. I'd just like to know where I could some buy some basic tools and what would the price range be?

Any help would be much appreciated :)

Costs vary enormously, you can pay 3 figures for a single chisel easily enough. However, you'll get pretty decent sets for maybe €40 - €60 probably on ebay. Don't forget you'll need a mallet - again, try ebay and maybe a suitable vice and drawknife.
