how to contact customs in cork

I have two parcels sent to me by DHL and are currently held by customs.
DHL in cork have said that they can not do anything and gave me two phone numbers that have just rung out all week. They will not give me anymore info.

So how do i get incontact with customs to find out what the issue is?
Normally i get an invoice from DHL for duty and vat, pay it before delivery and all is fine.

DHL did say that customs were in blackpool, but would say no more.

Any help would be geat,
