Visa Debit Card, help please.

I opened up a new Bank account a few days ago, so I have no money in it.

To verify my card with Paypal, they need to charge me a "small amount"
I have no money in my account, what can I do?

Remember its a debit card not a credit card so you will always need to have money in acc to use it

as far as I know , the '' small amount '' is € 1.50 and you will be refunded when you verify your card using the 3 digit number on your card statement .

I have money in my Paypal, just not in my NEW bank account.
I'll have to wait, until I can deposit money into my bank account I guess.

Don't ask stupid questions if you don't want a blatantly obvious answer then. If you can't put money in the account that backs your debit card, then you can't use the debit card. Getting mock appalled at your own ignorance won't help.

I can't put money into my account atm, not for the next week anyway.
I have stated that already. Very ignorant of you to believe that I'm trying use a Debit card, without putting money into it.

Why do you need to verify it? You state you have money in your paypal account so why the need then? Because its a debit card and not a credit card its of no use to you anyway so you still have to wait until you deposit money.

Also welcome to Boards. Its a good place but usually, insulting the moderator of the forum that you are looking for advice from isn't a good idea

Whenever I try to purchase anything, it asks me for my card details.
I enter the details perfectly, but my card gets rejected.

I have rang Paypal, I have rang my bank.
No solution. It's a joke.

Insulting him? Lol.
