Has anyone checked the latest updated documentation on AAI site re the upcoming xc intercounties? For starters the timetable is different in two separate documents...ie junior men, junior women, senior women, senior men is the order on one timetable, whereas the other states that the junior mens race is followed by the senior womens race! Just to nit pick, they refer to it as the woodies DYI national cross??!?
Furthermore, the documentation outlining the qualification criteria for next years European Indoor Championships states that 3 athletes can be entered, but only 2 can compete...this is incorrect, the Euro indoor rules has always allowed 3 athletes per event. This is further backed up by the UK athletics website and European Athletics website! Nice to know our federation is a beacon of professionalism?!

The timetable has been revised and this is stated on the website. This is to facilitate the U18 and Junior men being run as a combined race. Quite a logical step in the eyes of the vast majority at grass roots level.

I think they refer to it as the "Woodies DIY Inter Counties" as Woodies have sponsored the event. I'm not sure what the gripe is with that? Its not an issue.

Did you email them regarding the error. Running a website i know that mistakes can happen and sure they would correct them if made aware. Giving out here not really productive unless you have actually made efforts to contact them regarding it.

These errors are not website errors, they are clearly documents which have been discussed and passed by a competition board/committee and then uploaded onto the site.
My issue here is that no. 1 the timetable of a national event is ambiguous, I was not referring to why the races are on at whatever time they're on at, it's just I'm sure athletes would like to know the correct time of the race, the DYI was simply a dig!
And in relation to the competition booklet, it makes you think that the competition selection committee are of the belief that only 2 athletes are eligible to compete per event at european indoors, this is no typo, it is clearly written. When the rules state 3? I feel that I have a right to voice an opinion on this on the platform that this forum provides.
