Hi Mo, I've moved your post to its own thread as the thread you bumped was quite old.

One of the mods on here has a red Honda Integra which he got resprayed. It looks absolutely savage! I'm not sure which mod it is but you should contact him and see if you're in the same area.

paid 2000 for respray of a 4 door saloon in Ballybane not to far from lucan. That was about 1000 cheaper than other quotes i got at the time, saying that it be prob a bit cheaper these days.

    Try posting on www.vagdrivers.net

Plenty of people on there would have had the same job done and could give you a fair idea of prices/quality etc.

Poster PaintDoctor should be able to tell you about costs. He's in Cork but may know someone in the east.

Yeah im on vagdrivers already, have a post up there but just thought i might b able to get out to a wider audience on boards!

Ill have a bit of a shop around and pm the lads your talking about!

Would doing as much preparation work as possible myself bring down the cost much? As in masking up anything, taking off trim, sanding?

I see you've been watching Wheeler Dealers :D

Yes it would bring down the cost but you have to make sure that you do it properly and leave a proper surface for the bodyshop to spray on.
