Murphy Models producing Preserved B141

    Nice idea, modern configuration and old paint scheme. I think it'll do well, the Black ones are getting hard to come by as it is and this allows the excuse of running it with modern fleets, hooked up to those lovely 3 piece RPSI green Mk2s :)

    From their site:
    Further to Loco number 141 being withdrawn from service and refurbished in early 2010 - see here for details - we have commissioned Bachmann to produce 500 models in the modern configuration with the original livery; i.e. modern lights and antennas in black and tan with modern decals. The Murphy Models plaque and two acknowledgement plaques which are on the prototype have been replicated on the model too. We hope to have this model in stockists in the coming months. The photos below are of the pre production model.
