Hi,

I currently use a normal tooth brush twice a day and an old electric Oral b tooth brush twice a day to brush me tooths. Xmas is coming up and I was thinking about getting a SoniCare toothbrush because they are half price this time of year.

Are they actually worth the money, or are they a scam? If I just floss and use a normal toothbrush is that the same thing? I will have a permanent retainer on the inside of my bottom teeth soon so I'm not sure if I will be able to floss properly with that in.
