Hi Guys,

I just bought and iphone 4 from the apple website through bethrifty, the phone got delivered today but still nothing on my bethrifty account. I sent an e-mail and got a response from glenn (if anyone knows him on here) asking for details of the order. Thats was 2 days ago when I got that e-mail reply but I still havent heard anything.

Anyone had this problem before, first time user of site and seems like a porr service with poor customer service.

I bought a couple of things recently (from surfdome and citydeal) and there is no sign of the rewards yet Over a week now.

Glenns alright, he can take a few days to reply though.

I think there's delays for them to actually get the comission from the vendor.. I bought a Dell laptop a good few months ago now via BeThrifty, and had to send all the details through to Glenn so he could sort it out. They still haven't recieved comission from Dell apparently, but did send me the cashback last month anyway.

I've had delays from 2 different vendors (can't remember which ones they were) but Glenn sorted it fairly quickly for them both - pretty sure they hadn't got the commission from one of the vendors at the time as well.
