Just wondering, where would Ryanair relocate to if the CTR was increased in Ireland?

I was reading some of the comments in Le Monde, it appears a lot of the French are in favour of the Irish CTR seppuku simply to crush Ryanair's "unfair advantage".
I tend to think of big US multinationals, but hadn't considered Ryanair of course.

The departure of Ryanair from Ireland would be rather catastrophic I'd assume.
I mean, the country is falling into the sea, Atlantis Nua, but at least we can get out of here..........
