iTunes : "Create AAC"

    im trying to make some of my own ringtones and everytime i highlight a track and "Create AAC" iTunes crashes on me...ive just updated to the latest iTunes,any ideas why this is happening?

    If you YouTube or google it there are easy to follow instructions on how to change any song to a ringtone. I have done it in the past and as far as I remember I didn't have to use iTunes at all for it.

    Just download the Ringtones app from the app store and let it do the work for you! :)

    ok,i got that ringtone app,pretty straight forward to use..except,it wiped everything (music & video) from my iphone...but i still have stuff listed in my itunes library?

    wtf did i do wrong?
