    Hi,

My current HD is in need of replacing as advised after running Disk Utility and was wondering if anybody had any recommendations for a compatible HD model.

Also could you recommend somewhere that may sell internal HD's for a G4 PowerBook online or otherwise. I'm intending on replacing it myself.

    Kind Regards.

    :)

Depends on what model powerbook you have, the internal hard drive is either 2.5" IDE or SATA if you go to link below and select your model:

An IDE drive has lots of pins and the SATA just uses a series of slots.

You can pick up a drive for around 60 quid in peats.
