There are 3 plans to choose from on Meteor Pre-Pay Choose from:* free Meteor talk and text * free texts to any network * free internet on your phone and Meteor Which one is the best if you are getting a phone with wifi anyway and would probably only use the internet if you were in a wifi area....

If your not using a smartphone and would only really use the phones internet in a wireless area then rule out free internet.

Then just narrow it down to if you call people more often than text, if you text alot of different networks and dont call then the anynetwork text option would be better, if your friends/family are mostly meteor customers and you call them more often than not then the other package would suit best.
