    Hey all,

My dad is a GAA Ref and his current wrist worn stopwatch has just broken

I am going to get him a replacement for Christmas so I was wondering would you guys have any recommendations. Google searches are being quite fruitless.

There is on Casio being recommended but I have read mixed reviews. The strap looks tough to replace for example

Thoughts? I would really appreciate your info

    Thanks bedlam,

The Fastime looks good. Was searching for reviews there and they seem thin on the ground. Any experience of Fastime at all? Slim chance I suspect, first time I have ever heard of them anyway.

Might just go with a mid price Casio and see how he copes with that. He's NOT good with technology (I end up setting these things for him anyway) so the Fastime may be wasted on him. If he cant get along with the Casio I can use it for the gym and get him a simpler one for his birthday in February.

I must ask him what other Refs are using, I'm surprised there isn't a particular brand or model jumping out at me when I do a search.
