    Hi All,
We building a standard garage near Abbeyknoclmoy in Galway. 36 sq meters, 4" cavity wall plastered etc. Nothing complicated. Looking for recommendations for any builders who may be interested in this job or if anyone has had any work done and would recommend their builder. Not looking for any rip off merchants, one Galway company quoted 20K while another looking for 18.5K! Every man is entitled to a fair days wage for a fair days work.

    Thanks all for any advice.
    Regards,
    Paul

    20K and 18.5K??????

Do the builders know that the days of the Celtic Tiger and long long gone?

Im in Dublin and got a garage of similar size built (lean too/sloped tile effect roof, leccy garage roller door,2 padestrian access doors and 2 UPVC windows, mains power and running water, plastered and also dashed) for sub 10k.

    Turned out perfectly too.
