Hi folks, apologies if this has been covered before but I'm using my phone to type this and couldn't find a previous thread.
So I had sky and imagine for tv & bb/phone respectively, and changed to the all in one UPC value pack cos it was cheaper. Got the installation done yesterday and so far all is great.
When I had sky, I had a coax from the RF OUT at the back of the box running to the telly upstairs so we could watch sky in bed. We dont watch that much telly so I'm not paying extra for a 2nd box for "true" multiroom where you can watch 2 stations simultaneously as it wouldnt be used except once in a blue moon.
    Anyway, I'm rambling now, is
it possible to send the signal to a 2nd telly using the coax as before cos theres no RF OUT on the UPC box? We have one of those wireless tv senders already but its a new house and the insulation kills the signal plus it says not to use the HDMI & SCART sockets at the same time on the UPC box.
For clarification its the black box and the digital+ HD Value pack we got (i think :p) thanks in advance folks

No its not possible to use a magic eye in the same way as Sky does. There was a thread about it recently tho; when you get a chance it would be worth digging out as I think there were suggestions in it.

Crikey !! Its only a fiver extra for multiroom & no telephone connected! May be well worth it at that rate.

adser, if you had sky, you still have a sky dish and box I presume?
You can take the wire that came in from sky dish, run that to bedroom, plug in the sky box without a card in it, and get all the uk freeview channels without paying any subscription. bbc 1-4, itv 1-4 channel four, more four e4, film 4 etc etc.
