We have a 10 year old Eircom wireless system in bungalow with wood floors which has been giving trouble lately and the service for the monitoring fees are not good.
Can this be upgraded to a system that has monitoring without traditional land line or what is best option

if its a d/a or a premier probably better off changing the whole system.
propper pain in the bum upgrading them with a 319 mhz receiver.

If its wireless its probably better starting from scratch anyway.
Take a look at Visonic Powermax if you want something cheap & straightforward.

I agree indie, the problem with both systems is you cant get the parts. Upgrading using the Concord plus receiver is a handy job to be getting (I use to love getting them, in and out in no time :D) plus its less expensive on the customer than changing out the whole system. At lease with the Concord you can add devices on to it, only downside would be the 433 frequency. Too many devices on it. Great panel other than that.
