Hi,
My girlfriend is due to fly out on December 13th to Beunos Aires. Somethign has come up and she cant fly out till January or probably February. Its nothing to do with health.
Anyway we cant find anything on the net about this, and we are completely inexperienced in this kind of thing. is it possible to get any kind of refund on this, or a discount n the flight in January if we bok immediately?

Any idea how to go about this? Do we do it through eDreams or TAM?

You'll need to contact the agency (edreams) and see if the flight is changeable or flexible. It may or may not be, and even if it is there may be a change fee involved.
