Judge Judy would eat him for breakfast. She hates people who don't sign agreements. Op you need to get a solicitor and gather any proof you have of the loans.

The forum is for information but not legal advice on specific cases. You shouldn't make any decisions based on the uninformed (as far as you know) and unreliable (in that you can't say 'but boards said this to a court) ramblings of internet wierdos.

Lots of people seem to post here for comfort reasons, hoping that someone will tell them 'it'll all be ok' or 'you'll definitely win'. Even if someone does it means nothing (internet wierdos remember).

You've been told to go to a solicitor. That's the best advice you can be given.
