    Check out the guy here, he is nicking a bike but just before doing the deed he gives a look at the security camera that puts 'blue-steel' to shame (pun intended)
    He even brought a hi vis jacket, a bike thief cant be too careful these days you know.... if he gets caught does that qualify as premeditated theft???:)

    I'm effected by the recession ya dont see me going out nicking stuff off other people who are probably equally effected.
    Lack of funds doesn't make bad people, it just shows them up....
