car lock wont open - bmw 318

    as the title says,

    car lock wont open - bmw 318 - 1997

    for a while now the passanger side has not opened with all the other doors, when i unlock from the drivers side.

    and then the drivers side started to become stiff when turning the key

    but today a new problem occured,

    the drivers door will not open from the outside with the key, when i turn the key clockwise, it goes to about 2 o clock and doesnt go any further, so i have to open the door from the passangers side, which works fine

    i have tried dousing the lock and keyhole with wd40, but it didnt help

    if anyone can help me out with this problem i would very much appreciate it
