Does anybody have a favourite nut roast recipe for Christmas?

For Christmas day with the family my sister-in-law makes me a really delicious one but her recipe's a secret apparently and I want to make a nice one for my Christmas with the OP (which we celebrate our own Christmas day on the 23rd, before we separate to go back to our family homesteads).

I found a few recipes online but I'd like a tried and tested one.
