Mods, not sure if this is the right place but here goes....

My wife ordered a vibrating plate off the met from a company called Irish Sports Direct. A week later a courier turned up with a really battered up box. On opening the plate was found to be damaged. Wifey rang the company who agreed to replace the broken part, a few days go by and yesterday another courier turned up. On opening we found the replacement part to be equally broken.
Problem is, now their phone rings twice and then to a disconnected tone. So I called to their 'Office', this turned out to be just a postal drop address. It's not looking good.
