This was going really well up to about 5-6 weeks ago, I have 7mb wireless, dead slow in the evenings, less than 1MB download, (apologies have screenshot on home pc), I think they must have sold more packages or something, I know I havent got full facts here on thread, anyone else suffering with this???

Such are the perils of an over-sold under powered network. Lots of people have the exact same issue, and it probably can't ever be fixed.

    Thread moved to Midband.

Its for a place i moved into recently , they had Imagine WiMax and to be honest I was impressed for first few months, found it really good, now its absolutely crawling in the evening, have used UPC and O2 before, would appreciate any background on Imagine WiMax, why its not in Broadband thread etc.... Cheers..

It's not in the Broadband forum because it's not broadband. Broadband is generally described as always on, high speed, low latency, defined contention, etc, and a mobile product like Imagine WiMax is pretty much none of these things. It can be high speed Internet access, just like 3G, but it can easily be very low speed. Even at high speeds, it still doesn't satisfy the other criteria. You've even seen yourself how it can go from high speed to low speed in a short period.
