    Morning all,

Been looking at a house the last few days and thinking of taking it but broadband is an issue.
I checked the current landline to see if there was broadband available on the phone line and it wasnt. The line has been in for about5 years before broadband was rolled out in the area.

If I got in a new line is there then the possibility of getting broadband on the line or is it the same as just adding a new number onto the pre exisitng connection?

I've looked into satellite broadband and digiweb have a satellite option but for my needs I will be paying over 100 per month for BB.

What line of site options exist for the Clane/Kilcock area?

I'd still be interested to hear peoples ideas about the fixed line if anyone has any suggestions.

If the current line can't get broadband, then any new line more than likely won't either. You'd have to pay for installation to find out though.
