There is a questionnaire to be completed with the account application form. Can anyone provide the correct answers to all of the questions eg for the first section-EFT- I've put variable, occasional and savings to the first three questions. Does the entire form need to be filled in?

No, I just put in savings for one of them. They are just been nosey

By the way after you do you your first transfer they will ask you to fax / scan in a recent bank statement / bill before your account is activated.
