Mould growing in bathroom

Following a bad leak in my downstairs bathroom on one wall that has both brick and timber (orignally external wall, now internal) we have a a serious amount of mould growing.

In some parts the paint is bubbeling and falling off with black mould spots appearing, in other parts there is white mould growing in a line along a shelf built into the wall.

Any advice on how best to remove and treat wall? All advice welcome :D

    Thanks
