house rewire

    Hi just wondering what the cost of a complete rewire would be nowadays for a standard 3 bed semi detached house (93 sq metres) in Dublin.

    The house is empty and stripped down to plasterboard and floorboards so there would be very little chasing involved if any.
    A new fuse board is also required.

    I do realize it depends on amount of switches and plugs etc.. but just looking for a ball park figure.
    And if anyone knows a good electrician who is not too expensive please let me know.. all help is appreciated.
