    Is it possible to buy a Macbook pro on the apple store in the US online via an Irish credit card? it would obvioulsly be sent to an american address.

    Ya it's an ulster bank debit visa, I want to buy something for someone I know over there, it would get to them faster than ordering here and would be cheaper too.

    I wouldn't say so, the billing address in the US determines the amount of sales tax to be added to the item.

    My Brother in law lives in New York and and is coming home soon. Im thinking of asking him to get me a Macbook as theyre so much cheaper there! My question is most Macbooks come with one year after care/warranty, Would i be able to deal with Apple support team in Ireland if I have any problems?

    Also would power supply be ok to use here? Just trying to cover everything! Its would be a pricey mistake to but one and it not correctly for me! Thanks for your help!

    Sure would. Well you'll need one of those american->irish adapters that you buy in the airport for a 5er
